Cancellation & Arrival Policies

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time.

Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be charged the full deposit.

No-Shows:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for no call/no shows. Missed appointments without notice will result in a non-refundable deposit, and the client may be added to our no-return list. We respect your time, and we appreciate your respect for ours.

Arrival Policy:
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client. Life happens just keep us informed so we can adjust accordingly.
