Policies

 Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. And we understand that sometimes, unexpected events occur, causing difficulty keeping appointments or being on time. Since appointments are time sensitive, here are a few of our guidelines to insure a great visit!

• We allow for a 5min grace period, If you will be late to your appointment please make sure to call prior so we can make the massage therapist aware. After 10mins with no call the appointment will be treated as a no call no show. 

• If you are running late that time will be reflected in your massage session. This ensures we are not late to our next client

• No call no shows will result in an additional $30 automatically added to any future appointments. Shall you reach 2 no call no show warnings your access to Studio 89 Massage services will be terminated. 

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, We will wave the $30.
